Refund policy
*If you not happy with the product for any reason we will give you your money back. Items must be returned within two weeks of receipt and must be in the same condition. We will not refund shipping costs. Restocking fees of 15% will be apply on all returns. No returns on food products.
*It is the customer's responsibility to check for damages or defects immediately upon receipt. Notice of claims for damage to the merchandise, errors, short shipment, etc., must be made to Acapsule in writing within five (5) days after delivery of merchandise. Customer shall notify carrier in writing within five (5) days of discovering any damages done during shipment of the merchandise.
