Flight Miniatures are hallow plastic snap fit display models. Models are printed, not decaled, and include plastic stand.

Delta was the launch customer for the MD-90 and the first airline to take delivery in February 1995. Delta currently operates a fleet of 65 MD-90's. This model, bearing registration N930DN, represents the first MD-90 to have the Delta name painted on the blue belly of the fuselage.

The MD-90 also offered Delta flexibility to provide passenger and cargo services in a variety of operating environments, making it possible to schedule for both short and longer routes. A decade later, Delta purchased 49 used MD-90s in 2009-2013, including two extended-range models.
