This model plane represents the America West Airlines 757-200 ship N904AW as it appeared in the special “Arizona Diamondbacks” livery. As the official airline of the Arizona Diamondbacks, the then fledgling baseball team, got its own theme plane featuring a baseball on the tail and elements of the team logo in May 1996. Two years before the team played its first major league game. The actual plane was repainted with the standard US Airways fleet colors in the winter of 2006.
Flight Miniatures are hallow plastic snap fit display models. Models are printed, not decaled, and include plastic stand.
